"This hotel is very convenient to the La Spezia train station at around 100 yards from the exit. If you are using La Spezia Sa hub to visit Cinque Terra and Pisa this hotel is perfectly located. You can walk too many restaurants but don’t have to lug your bags deep into the city upon arrival. We had a room with a king bed on the ground floor but it wasn’t noisy at all. The property has invested in very good windows to keep nose way down. Our room was very modern and clean and quite spacious. I’ve read about other negative experiences at this property with the older rooms but we didn’t have that experience at all. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant is also quite good if you don’t feel like walking deeper into La Spezia for dinner. "

"Amazing location and staff! Its up out of the busy area and has a great view. Nice breakfast and outside areas to relax. Has its own bar even though we didnt drink there. The staff was so helpfull and check in was breeze. Only spent one night but next time we want to spend a week here! "

"We stayed one night in the Family Room. We drove from Nice to Pisa, and then back to the Liguria area for sightseeing. Hotel Vis a Vis is a beautiful location in a friendly and beautiful town. We didn’t get to explore the little town of Sestri Levante because we got to the hotel too late but we enjoyed time at the pool, poolside drinks, and an amazing dinner at the Olimpio restaurant within the hotel. It overlooks the town and has the best view. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Paula walked us around the premises and every member of staff from the bar, pool and restaurant were kind and accommodating. My children are asking when we can come again! We would definitely book here again and plan to stay longer."

"Lovely little hotel, very friendly & efficient staff. The room we had was a good size with a small balcony & a wonderful view of the sea. The shower room I was modern & very clean. The air conditioning was excellent. We had a very nice welcome & help with information about the local area. The Wi-Fi works well, the cafe on the ground floor is very pleasant& has a terrace. We walked down steps to a small sandy beach then to good restaurants near the hotel. Pizzas are available in the hotel & there’s also a bar area."

"This place was immaculate. Not to mention quiet and safe, even though its very close to the train station. Its very important to follow directions given in email to find hotel. We didn't read it and ended up passing right by it and walking more than we had to. It is literally right as you walk out of the train station, so definitely pay attention to the directions given in email. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. "
