"Near to the train station, if anyone wants to spend a night or two at La Spezia on a budget this place is hard to beat. Clean and neat, staff is only on property up to 2:00 pm, so if you arrive later than that you must follow the instructions they will send to your Whatsapp. I did, not a big deal, everything was straightforward. "

"I had an amazing stay and highly recommend if you’re visiting the Cinque Terre area! Patrizia was very helpful and hospitable - she gave great tips for visiting the villages, was very responsive, and overall made the stay very enjoyable. The room is conveniently located a short walk to the train station and an easy walk to the ferry, making it a good location for accessing Cinque Terre. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

"Super friendly owner. Clean and comfortable room and building. Wifi worked great, though the AC unit had switched from cold to hot for the building, but the fan worked. The whole town is very walkable so plenty of groceries and restaurants near by."

"Incredible hostess, took very good care of us. The bathroom was very clean and updated, best shower I had in Italy. Breakfast was great, they take your order the night before so as not to waste food. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Cinque Terre."

"We loved our stay here! The room is very spacious and has a large balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The room also has closet space with hangers, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. The free breakfast has lots of great options including any type of coffee you'd like! If you are not very mobile, this is not the hotel for you (and possibly not the city for you). Getting to the center of the town requires you to go up/down a very steep hill, and depending on what floor you're on...

"A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive. "

"What an amazing little hotel!! Views, service, lovely room and bathroom, comfortable beds, clean, incredible breakfast!! We will be back or to their sister hotel next door the Belvedere. These are well run and we can’t say enough good things !! "
