"We were lucky to stay while they had a special going on. The hotel, room and people were nice. The only issue we had was the restaurant, Hearth and Song. The restaurant was cold so by the time we made it back to our table the food was cold. They had listed prime rib with horseradish sauce and au ju but when asked where it was they said they didn’t have any. Food and desserts were ok. Use of the trolley to go back and forth to the park was really nice."

"The property is sprawling but there's signs to make sure you're in the right place. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. We enjoyed the room so much we didn't want to leave and extended our stay. We come to pigeon forge at least once a quarter, we'll be staying at Sunrise Ridge from now on."

"Likes- right off parkway, near shopping, eating, entertainment options. Nice size of condo with spacious outdoor patio. Dislike- may sound weird but the unit had a musty or mildewy smell. "

"Great location, very clean. Pools and hot tubs were conveniently located. The ones in the front of the resort were very clean and well kept. The ones in the back part of the resort were a little less well maintained. (Dirt in pool bottom,etc). Staff was very responsive to needs. I would recommend leaving a few more bath towels, as we had to request them multiple times. Started out with three towels for four people, and we were staying five days. It was a bit annoying to have to get the time...

"Turned out to be a time share that forced us to pay an extra security deposit upon arrival. This was not listed on VRBO and shouldn't have been done, condo office hung up on me when trying to get deposit back after check out."
