"Staying at dollywood resort was a great experience. The staff were friendly and we were greeted with some fresh lemonade. I liked how staying at resort came with perks: getting free timesavers pass ($60 value), free preferred parking at the amusement park if you choose to use this, free shuttle service from the front of the hotel to the front of the amusement park (runs every 15-20mins) , etc. I just wished we stayed more than 1 day to enjoy all the other amenities at the resort like the swimming pool, spa, campfire snores, etc. "

"Was very clean, staff was great. Took along time to get hot water to the 5th floor but overall id say 5 stars."

"The staff was wonderful! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the view was amazing! Will def be back to visit soon! This was our first time in Pigeon Forge and the hotel itself will us coming back time after time. Do be prepared for the $75 hold that would of been the only complaint."

"Clean, up-to-date room with a balcony and a river view. A fireplace in the corner made it especially cozy. Friendly staff. Good, hot breakfast. Close to everything, but off the highway enough to be a quiet stay. "
