"We enjoyed our stay in New York and we will definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was right. The room was comfortable. The only thing I would add is would be nice to have a dresser because we need to use our suitcases for other items and the room was a bit dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. It is in a great location. Right across the street is a real good place called 94 Corner Café serve the best burgers I’ve eaten perfect place for grabbing a breakfast another place just around the corner is the Manhattan Café it is a perfect place near the subway station where you can get to anywhere in New York. Very friendly and helpful staff "

"The property transports you to a time when NY was the epitome of high society. Wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant. Friendly accommodating staff. Perfect for a few nights stay when catching an opera at Lincoln Center. Bathrooms in standard room are a bit on the small side and valet takes 30-40 minutes to retrieve vehicle so plan accordingly."

"The property is very classy and well located. Neverthe less front desk staff is super slow (either the staff or the hotel's software) it took one hour to check in and the rooms were ready well after 4pm. The blind of our room (1625) couldnt be raised, we reported but nothing happened."
