"La Mansion is a beautiful property. Very unique with individual villas. We stayed in #10, which has three bedrooms, a kitchen, and it's own heated pool. The views of Lake Arenal are truly amazing. The staff was the best! Very nice, polite, fun and helpful. The restaurant is great too. We stayed here due to its proximity to La Fortuna. It's close enough to drive back and forth but far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle of the town. I highly recommend you consider La Mansion. "

"This is a gem. Spacious, comfortable rooms with a stunning view from the balcony. Lush grounds with jungle trails. Infinity pool, pool table, games. Lovely restaurant with a varied menu and gorgeous view of Arenal Lake and Volcano. A welcome change from the sterile all inclusive vibe. Authentic Costa Rican experience."

"This was one of our favorite hotels as we traveled through Costa Rica. The view from the room was incredible of the Arenal volcano and it was set in the rainforest. We woke up to seeing toucans flying around not far from our balcony. The location was a perfect for all of our activities of La fortuna. We would love to stay here again in the future if in the area. "

"Great boutique style, cabin-like atmosphere. Arenal Roca Suites is approx. a 40 min drive from La Fortuna. The last km is a bumpy ride but we felt this was part of the charm! Caesar and his colleague took great care of us. Breakfast was delivered to our suite in a basket, fruit, granola, yogurt, bread, jams and orange juice. Other meals are your responsibility, remember to stop for groceries before you arrive, there is limited access to restaraunts! Caesar is knowldgeable about the area and took time to show us frogs and tucans. The view of Arenal Valcano is spectacular from any of the suites! There are few human beings in this area so if getting away from it all is what you want, this is the place!!! "

"Our stay at the Sangregado was excellent. It was the first time in Costa Rica for my family of four. I am so happy that our first experience was at the Sangregado. Our villa was clean, safe, and tucked into the jungle. It was convenient to be across the street from Mistico, but at night when the park cleared out, the setting was peaceful and serene. Our ability to access the pool and restaurant at the Lost Iguana was also a huge benefit, and I can't say enough about the relationship between the two. Finally, I have never been treated with such friendly and professional service. The Sangregado staff went out of their way to ensure my family had everything we needed and more. I would give them 6 stars if I could! "

"The location has an absolutely wonderful view of the Arenal Volcano. The rooms are spacious and clean and The A/C works well. Free breakfast is included and it is very conveniently located near Arenal Volcano National Park and Mystico Hanging Bridges."
