"Fabulous staff, very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were great and we had a wonderful dinner at the on-site restaurant. It's a 10 - 15 minute walk into the Monteverde Cloud Forest. It wasn't a problem for us, but there are some steep ramps getting to some of the rooms and from the road to the parking lot. If you have mobility issues, be sure to check with the staff about options."

"The staff are exceptional and friendly. Service was prompt and courteous. The facilities are in need of some updates as some of the fixtures show their age and wear (paint/caulk, etc), mainly in the bathroom. The rooms were comfortable but a bit dated as well. We did love our stay! "

They booked us on a bird and crocodile tour on the Rio Tárcoles that I would certainly recommend. The pizza we had for dinner was delicious. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. I look forward to visiting again!"
