"What a unique and wonderful place to stay. Our room was spacious, airy and bright. The staff is great, particularly Diego, who went out of his way to be helpful in a number of ways. Great guy - personable, professional and sincere. The house is close to many restaurants. Easily walkable. The only downside is that parking can be a bit difficult, but not a game changer. I’d stay there again. "

"Peaceful & tranquil, to the highest standard, looks like a brand new hotel with a new pool area. A lovely double room with huge shower & aircon. A small fridge in the room. Cakes available at tea time & a superb continental breakfast with cooked eggs."

"A quant and unique find close enough to the city to get there hassle free but tucked away enough to feel connected to the beautiful natural surroundings (it’s located along water). Additional qualities of note: clean, cozy, and reasonably priced with really kind hosts who are knowledgeable about the island :) Book it! You won’t regret it"

"This is a super cute and unique place! We loved breakfast and the dinner options. Having the pineapple greenhouses right there to explore was great. The massage in the pineapple garden was fantastic! Would definitely rebook!"

"The best location in Ponta Delgada with the famous Mercado Market right in front of you and the shops and restaurants all nearby just a few minutes walkikg distance. Its also very quiet for sleeping even though you are right in the centre on a main road. The rooms are large and very comfortable beds and good dining area. The kitchen though is really small and it was good nobody else was using it when I had to cook my meals. Not enough room in the kitchen and little disorganized "

"This place was amazing. We had our own bathroom and one of the best views ever. The staff was excellent, the rooms were always clean and fresh smelling. Was a little skeptical at first with no air conditioning but we never needed it. There was a ceiling fan installed during our stay as well as the balcony door opened all day and night. Never felt hot, easy to sleep. Excellent stay"

"Simple, but nice, clean, modern style. Well located for a lower cost visit to Furnas. Has a common kitchenette that with fridge, coffe maker, utensils and such, and a cute little market steps away, along with the delicious water of the tres bicas fountain, provide low cost food options. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. "

"We rented a 1 bedroom apartment which was spacious and had a living room, small kitchen and separate bedroom/bathroom area. Small balcony with chairs. Hotel has nice indoor heated pool, gym, game room and restaurant. Beautiful landscape. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Abundant free parking. We had a car and drove to the lakes then to the waterfalls. All attractions 20-45 mins via car. Close to small markets, walking to Moby Dick local restaurant, 2 streets over from beach. Full...

"This was a fantastic hotel and we would definitely come back! Location could not be better, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and well kept up, and it has everything you need whether you’re staying in or going out exploring. Pros: - We were fresh off a red eye flight and were given a free room upgrade and early check in! - Location is super easy to access from the main highways but is still just a 5 minute walk from the center of Ribeira Grande. - Central location means you’re close to Ponta Delgada and it’s still easy to get to both sides of the island. - Staff are friendly and helpful. - Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and modern. - Shower water pressure is fantastic. - Free breakfast is a nice addition and has many options. - Great gym for a hotel, pools and sauna are fantastic. - Bed is comfortable (if you like a firm mattress). - Easy and ample parking Cons: - Food at breakfast is generally room temperature. - Rooms are not super sound proof. - Limited restaurant options in the immediate area and the hotel’s restaurant is expensive."
