We were happy to find this place in Markham, just off the 407, which allowed for a speedy arrival and departure from the city. As relates to the property itself, it is faithful to the description: it is a granny suite/basement apartment with a shared entrance to the main residence directly upstairs. "We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this adorable cottage, which is more spacious than it looks from the outside. Property is well-stocked with items you might need in the kitchen, including chopsticks, which we were so happy to find when DoorDash forgot them. There's exercise equipment, a fenced backyard, grill, fire pit, great water pressure. It's also convenient to a lot of amazing restaurants with plant-based options and just a short drive to Toronto. Highly recommend. "

Hot tub wasn't too far away and worked perfectly, and the bedrooms were comfortable with good beds and pillows. Host was very responsive and checked in often to ensure our stay was comfortable. Pay attention: a) prices in USD; b) they ask for a deposit before arrival; c) you have to pay for any extra guests per night; d) at this location, AC/Heat was not functioning. 3. They did not return my deposit in full because they claimed that I caused damages to the property, which I definitely disagree with. So far, I have not found a way to get my money back. "

The bedrooms were very comfortable with multiple bathrooms accessible for each bedroom including a very nice ensuite bedroom.
