"The hotel was great but the room service keeping tea coffee and milk was a problem. We asked the front desk and the message was not acted upon. We caught the staff on our floor and they supplied extra but on a daily basis replacements were not delivered. Yes there was a language problem as we dont speak italian but something as basic as replacement of tea and coffee should be straight forward.
