"I was already excited about this place when I saw the pictures and the location. It 100% lived up to the hype!! It was so nice, clean, refined, and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant/bar was also really good!!"

"The location of the hotel was great next to the aquarium and the center. The staff were nice but not the best in NH collection hotel. There was a parking close to the hotel so if you have a car don't worry. The worst thing was the cleanness of the room. There was a hair allover the room and we had to ask for slippers that were not in the room already"

"Talk about value for money! A very nice 3 bedroom B&B with a roof terrace in the Old Town of Genoa. Large, modern and clean rooms. Excellent service and a friendly and service minded owner. It is on the 4th floor without elevator, so you have to walk up the 105 steps! But it is worth it."

"This property was a DUMP!!! I have booked multiple properties in many locations through Expedia and have come to expect that anything in their list would provide a good experience. This is NOT the case with Hotel Europa. There was no air-conditioning in the rooms -- the unit was there but the control knob was broken and it did not work. We kept the window open, but it was loud and noisy much of the night. There was no WI-FI on the property at all. The hotel clerk told us that the internet...
