"One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. "Very comfortable rooms, excellent staff, easy valet parking, great on-site restaurant and room service. We also utilized the same-day laundry service and concierge services for finding places to eat and to visit. My mother actually had a medical emergency while we were staying there and they quickly got her a cab to the emergency room a few blocks away and allowed us to extend our reservation while she was being cared for. They went above and beyond for us and it's a really nice and comfortable hotel even if you don't have an emergency!"

"This place is great. The facility and the staff are wonderful. The only complaint I have is that they allow dogs and I stepped in dog poop on their elevator! Yes, kind of funny but is that what one expects from a five star hotel? We would book this hotel again and overall it still got a five star review. Good buffet breakfast was also nice!"
