"It was great to look at the lake. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs and narrow streets with a lot of turns. Some of the issues were that there was still some food left in the fridge, the garbage wasn't clean, the hot water finishes pretty quickly!"

"Plenty of room for everyone and stunning views of Lake Como! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a day of exploring Varenna and Menaggio. Comfortable beds, and Cinzia was a delight to work with! She provided restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! "The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."

Auch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt in Fußnähe, so dass nur für den Großeinkauf im nahe gelegenen Einkaufszentrum das Auto erforderlich ist. "Excellent location with lovely views. We visited late September and could find sun in the garden, when it shone, anytime of the day. The villa is well equipped. The lift was a bonus getting suitcases upstairs. The pool is small but well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Rubbish removed regularly . We enjoyed the games room in the basement."

"There’s no question it’s a beautiful home overlooking Lake Como, with a charm that is remjniscent of something out of a Harry Potter novel. Unfortunately, the home itself self has a fair amount of deferred maintenance. Lightbulbs were burned out in master bathroom, the door handle on the washing machine was broken, certain shutters didn’t work, there is no air conditioning in any room and some of the wiring is unlikely to be up to code, although I dont know that for sure.
