"Very good stay. A little away from Hue... and sevice to and fro from hotel is too short. 2 pm departure and 5 pm pickyp. They need a departure at 10 am and also at 1 pm and return a little later. Also choice in food menu was not the best."

"They bend over backwards to help you in every way. It's a great hidden gem. Just too far for us to get to the town. The bathroom needs a good clean, it was so bad we didn't even take a shower as it was full of someone else's hair... lucky for us it was just a one night stay! It it was clean it would have been. Completely diffrent experience but they do have a great thing going t hats for sure!"

"Delightful stay. We loved the room, it was spacious, light and lovely to sit on the balcony. Quiet, peaceful surrounds. Many mosquitos around the area. Great to have free bicycle use, although some bikes needed a good service. Breakfast was ok, slightly limited for vegetarians, a fruit plate would be enjoyed for each guest. We would return for another stay out of, but very accessible to, the city centre. Safety deposit box in room would be helpful "

"Beautiful hotel with a lot of space and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is very charming and it is great for children. The shuttle to Hue helps but it was difficult to get a Grab and there are only 2 decent dining options outside the hotel, with 1 only open for dinner. The hotel is great but it is remote and there is nothing nearby, so either book this hotel to spend a lot of time there or plan ahead with their shuttle."

"First visit to Hue and this hotel is central location a very good choice. Smooth check in . Very large room with refrigerator and property safe. Great shower and bed very comfortable. Definitely have the breakfast on 9th floor with eggs made to order and extras. Also the coffee bar of choices. Convenient ATM in lobby which I used with no issues. Visiting Hue consider this hotel. "Vi the Check-In staff member took the time to help plan our trip for us. Our bus arrived at 8am and she held our bags, mapped out our day, gave us money saving tips, then rented us a scooter to help us travel more efficiently. The room was spacious, clean, and there is AC & fan on the ceiling. My husband 😍 loved it. The breakfast the next day was delicious and she hired a private driver for us to get to Ha Noi the next day. She even washed, dried, and pressed our laundry overnight. Thos is...
