"Spacious home with all the desirable vacation amenities. The house was large enough for a gathering of at least 10 people if not more. There are only two bathrooms despite having 5 bedrooms, so keep that in mind. The property seemed to be designed with a “man cave” focus, minus a pool table; large TVs in every room with a grand outdoor kitchen. We could not wait until sunrise to see the beautiful views on top of the mountain. I would caution that a good vehicle is needed to get up to the house...

"The property was clean and the hostess, Alessandra, was quick in responding to our questions. We especially loved the view from every room. Great view for a beautiful sunset. It was well equipped. Could use a few additional items like a cheese grater. Besides the winding road to the house our overall experience and visit was great. Also a great area for a nice walk with or without dogs.We had great burgers at Gyppo and the pizza at Delgada was very good also."

"This house was perfectly located to traverse the redwoods along Northern California coast. Used it to tour Avenue of Giants while heading out to the ocean, too. "Had a great time with the family. Perfect house to play board games, cook family meals, and host a Murder Mystery Dinner party. Shelter cove was a perfect quaint beach town to relax and enjoy the coast line, with many wonderful hikes near buy. The Host were wonderful to work with and the house was perfectly stocked with all the essentials. would highly recommend staying in this beautiful house."

"Gorgeous and very secluded property in close proximity to Humbolt. Quick response and communication from the host, everything was clean and issues mentioned in previous reviews all seemed to be addressed! Few things to note, the listing did not make it clear that there were other people staying on the property but there is at least two other residences. When we arrived the key was already in the lock in the door and the lock box was sitting open with the code already entered which unnerved me....

"We had a nice stay at this Vrbo. Great place to get right on the Avenue of the Giants, which is a beautiful drive. The house had what we needed. There is a small grocery store nearby which can give you all the basics. Beds were comfortable and I appreciated there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. "We really enjoyed our stay at this mountain hill home. So clean and comfortable. It was equipped with the necessary high speed wi-fy as well as 2 smart tvs. We did have a couple of issues that were quickly resolved by the owner and property manager as communication with them was excellent. The mountain and valley views from the front porch was magnificent. This was our second stay at this home and will definitely request it again in the future trips!"
