"The stay was decent but I have had absolutely ZERO contact with the guest contact, even prior to our stay I was unable to get in contact with them. Two of the other guests arrived before me and had explained the hot tub was completely green and left open, as well as the pool. We were not planning to use the pool anyway due to it still being cold outside, but we had booked this place especially to use the hot tub. "We wanted a place for a quick getaway with the family. This house was perfect. We only had to leave once for some groceries. Otherwise we had every amenity we needed and then some. The kids (3&5) bounced from one activity or game to the next. Some rentals I have been to have very minimal supplies or houseware. Paul and Donna have gone above and beyond to supply anything you could possibly need from a fan, baby gate , stool for kids at the sink and not to name the surplus of kitchen appliances....

"We stayed for 2 nights while my Daughter participated in the Miss. United States of America pageant. The property was very clean and comfortable. It perfectly filled our needs for the short visit to the area."

"The management company and property host canceled our stay at 9:00 pm the night before and didn’t even help us find a comparable property and left us to fend for ourselves. On top of that, the excuse was there was no power at the house. However, our new property we booked on our own was right around the corner and all the lights were on and there were at least 4-5 cars in the driveway during our stay. I would not recommend dealing with these people. They are extremely untrustworthy. "

"The house has lots of space and is set up nicely for large gatherings. We were there for a rehearsal dinner and wedding in the Stroudsburg area so we really didn’t spend much time in the house. The living room/dining area is great for getting together with everyone and the basement game room has several games for adults and lots of kids toys. Would recommend the home for large families or groups visiting that area."

"This property is very nice but it wasn't kept up. Weeding, trimming and mowing needs done. It had been sometime that it was unkempt. The pool and hot tub weren't in working condition due to a power surge sometime before our arrival. They couldn't be repaired during our stay. The inside is beautiful, but there were lights not working and the downstairs was musty and damp. A dehumidifier is needed for sure. If the issues are addressed it would be a fabulous place to stay. "
