"We had such a great time at Waterfront Mansion with hot-tub & Pool by RedAwning and enjoyed our visit to Pocono so much. The house fit our group perfectly. It was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything needed for flawlessly spending a weekend. So many activities inside of the house! The view is amazing, right on the beautiful lake. It was really pleasant to go kayaking even in November. Evgeny is a great property manager and was very easy to communicate with. Will be glad to come back...

"All pictures of property are very dated. House was filthy. Cameras all over property to watch your every move and the Host will call you quickly if you are doing something he doesn’t like. Camera inside the garage. If you like to feel like you are being watched on vacation this is the house for you! Blue painters tape covers up holes in the wall from previous tenants. The hot tub was a great benefit and we had lots of fun in the game room. I would definitely recommend this place. We were perfectly content spending a long weekend barely leaving the property at all. "The house is good, large living room, 6 separate bedrooms and jacuzzi is a plus. Some appliances did not work properly, but it was very minor. Great communication with host. Overall we had pleasant stay. "

I arrived at 1:40am in the morning after being on the road for 24 hours getting from one destination to the other. We approached the check in desk only to encounter an individual who displayed no qualities in customer service. She was rude and borderline obnoxious. Suffice to say our first impression was not great. The property however was exactly what we expected."
