"The hotel is in a great location. It's in the center of the resort and easy to walk around the resort. The staff were lovely, the breakfast had a good variety. Our room was steps away from the pool and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It's reasonably priced compared to others in the same location. We were met at the port and they escorted us to the hotel and carried our luggage. Great service. "

"We had a lovely stay! The hotel is beautiful and the location is stunning! Easy to walk to village behind resort for lovely restaurants and shops and cheaper trips. Breakfast was delicious! We did a trip organised by the hotel and we really enjoyed it - cheaper trips available but we were travelling with a child so wanted to be as safe as possible. "We truly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It felt like a little slice of heaven tucked away in the middle of the beautiful chaos that is Koh Phi Phi. We were a bit hesitant after reading reviews about the noise, and while yes—it was definitely noticeable at times and we did have a couple of rough nights of sleep—it was absolutely worth it for how stunning the resort was. We stayed in the 100 section, which is right by the pool and beach, so I imagine being closer to the bay...
