"The location is top notch, the apt is very modern and clean. Restaurants, stores, and markets are within a few blocks. Outside noise goes away when doors and windows are closed - they are soundproof! The nearest parking lot is underground and very convenient but expensive. One disadvantage- 3 flights of steep narrow stairs."

"The location is unequalled! The living room overlooks the Promenade des Anglais on floor 1 (floor above the ground floor). The kitchen, dining and living form a great room w lots of light and ventilation. The bedrooms have windows but no real view. There was plenty of room for 2 of us, but we used all of the rooms for dressing and storage."

"Terrific, too short off-season stay. Great central location in old town on Place Nacionale on 2nd floor overlooking the Christmas Village, lights and kids rides. Excellent restaurant recommendations nearby and very close to Picasso Museum, shore promenade and marina. Just out the door you’ll walk into an impressionist painting. Jean was easy to communicate with and sent clear instructions with photos. Spacious and convenient.great short visit, ready to go back!"

"After a long drive from the UK meeting a host as friendly and helpful as Sylvie made us feel so welcome. The apartment is typical for this area in that its not too huge but has everything you could need, a real homely feeling.The apartment has glass enclosed balcony, that can be opened or enclosed. This overlooks the immaculately kept gardens with amazing views through to the wrap around sea views which coming from a grey wet London were simply stunning! We had our own car so explored both...

Well situated close to the main square with numerous bus stops close by and within easy walking distance of the train station. Great interaction with the local host Jenni.
