"We had the best stay! It was a beauty property. The food was amazing and everyone was very friendly. It is walkable to Saint Paul de Vence. Ubers were easy to get. Tip-check your invoice before leaving my husband and I were charged for 4 continental breakfasts on our last day instead of 2. "

"This was our first time staying in a hostel and the experience was very pleasant. The couple that runs the place take great care of your needs. They serve a nice breakfast for an additional $9 euros and they also offer dinner with a full menu at their restaurant. We would come back here."

"Lovely stay here as we were attending a wedding. The owner Cooki is very warm and friendly. Breakfast is lovely. Hot shower with plenty of towels available. The grounds are plentiful. Pool looks good although we didn’t use it. House is full of old French charm. Overall a great stay. Small criticism. Our room was en-suite.. however we had to exit our room to a corridor to access it. Not always handy with other guests. No aircon but maybe was never advertised. So our fault for not checking. "The hosts were nice and friendly. But this is NOT a hotel! I arrived at 9 pm after a long journey and was told to be quiet as people were sleeping , was not offered any refreshment or drinks , and was shown straight to my room . It is a private house low quality BnB. The beds and linen were old, although clean. The breakfast looked nice but I didn’t have time to stay . A nice cat slept on my bed with me . "

"Our stay was great. The property offers many amenities that one can not use them all. But the basic we enjoyed were very good. The location provides outstanding views from all directions. With the eclectic decoration, affable attitude, great service and location this property is idoneous. Even with a hazy, not too sunny weather, it has been the highlight of our 3 weeks road trip. "

"The pictures do not do this place justice. This place provides a definite WOW affect. Very clean, organized and cant beat the location. In the heart of town, easy access to everything. Most important, the host was amazing. We left behind some articles and he went out of his way to return the item. I will definitely stay there again. My go to place now."

"We visit St Paul De Vence yearly and it was a joy to come across this gem. Minimally decorated, and sensitively landscaped with perhaps one of the most well-made pools ever, our stay was enjoyable. The owners put their all into making this venue memorable. We are already making plans to return, which says it all."
