"What an incredible place to stay. The view doesn’t get any better than this. It was a little slice of heaven relaxing by the pool and staring at the sea. This place is a short drive to old Nice and the beaches, providing a place to rest after playing all day. We can’t say enough good stuff about Rose. She’s friendly, generous, and very helpful. She met us as we arrived and made sure we were settled in properly. She was always available to answer questions and even brought us mini croissants...

"This is a lovely, quiet, clean cottage. You have complete privacy and the hosts are very happy to help with suggestions of activities and guides to where to find anything you need. The area is lovely. There are plenty of walks, towns, markets, and places to visit. Or you can just sit on the terrace or by the pool and take in the blue sky. I highly recommend this place for a couple."

"What should have been a perfect week, turned into a disaster with a contaminated pool, which the owner had known about but didn't warn us and a dirty house. Both issues were flagged up to both the owner and VRBO at the time, but 2 months later, we are still waiting for even a gesture of compensation. The property promised so much and could have been wonderful, but with the owner abroad, things had obviously slipped, including the gardens which were overgrown and scruffy. The area is wonderful...

"The apartment is well-decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is plenty of space inside and out. The two patio areas are great for relaxing and the outdoor kitchen area is ideal for eating when the weather is very hot. The pool is beautiful and so is the view. "We had a good time, visiting, museums and chapels in the area and walking around Vence old town. It was very convenient to the old town area and restaurants. The major drawback was that the bathroom is. In the main floor cottage and the sleeping is in the loft upstairs"

"We booked the property for its convenient location to the sports stadium as we were watching matches in the rugby world cup. We had a warm and friendly greeting from Julie. The property is compact but very pretty. The facilities are good, nice coffee machine though a kettle for tea would have been useful. We also learnt how to master one-pot meals as just a single hotplate but that was not a problem. Nice little outdoor seating area screened from the main house by plants etc. The swimming pool...

"It is about 2 acres in size, with an attached 2 bedroom apartment on two stories. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. There is always something that isn’t perfect for everyone but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the best experiences was the ability to take the cayak and paddle down the river for about a mile to reach the beach "
