Très bel accueil de Ludovic qui sait répondre sans tarder à nos demandes. Petits plus: eau, jus, chocolat, confitures sans oublier la bouteille de vin. "Terrific, too short off-season stay. Great central location in old town on Place Nacionale on 2nd floor overlooking the Christmas Village, lights and kids rides. Excellent restaurant recommendations nearby and very close to Picasso Museum, shore promenade and marina. Just out the door you’ll walk into an impressionist painting. Jean was easy to communicate with and sent clear instructions with photos. Spacious and convenient.great short visit, ready to go back!"

"Me and my husband and daughter (9 had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is spacious and clean and the owner Patrick was very helpful and lovely to deal with. We asked if there were fans and he bought one and it was in the apartment when we arrived! We had issues with our flight being moved and he was really accommodating. Everything felt easy to get to. The beaches are close by. The buses and train station are only 10 min walk away. The pool is lovely and clean and warm and the tennis...

"We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. Armelle is an exceptional host and went out of her way to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday. She is welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The accommodation is a charming typical French residence with a lovely relaxing pool area which was very much appreciated in the summer heat. The apartment is comfortable and quiet with good facilities and is in walking distance of a bakery, little supermarket and butcher. Cannes centre is a short car drive...

"A perfect location to base a stay in Nice! The apartment’s windows open to a nice ocean breeze and the cafè directly below is a great place for an afternoon drink or breakfast. We went to the market and cooked Provençal dinners with the well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable for two couples or a small family. "
