"Incredible property, everything was perfect "

"Stayed for 8 nights with my Wife. Really loved it. Staff were amazing. Pool area was top notch for laying around sipping drinks around the pool bar. Plenty of places to eat and drink right outside. Wife really enjoyed the Spa treatments, massages and hair session. Breakfast and dining options were good. Cant say enough about the staff, i was constantly amazed by how friendly and engaged the staff were with the guests. Was in deluxe room and was really nice. Will definitely stay there again. Read a few reviews that mentioned the property was a bit tired.. While i agree abit of a paint touch up wouldnt hurt, the place is kept very clean and the grounds are beautiful and tropical feeling. Also read some reviews mentioning noise. Wasnt a problem for us.. Sure there is the sounds of the tropics at night, but hey its Bali. We were up front so there was some accoustic serenading from the bar across the street at night, but we found it relaxing. If its a problem maybe ask for a room down the back of the resort?"

"I had a wonderful experience! The staff accommodated my birthday decor request and surprised me with a birthday treat! The villa was very spacious and the pool was just perfect! The breakfast was delicious and the spa provided the perfect touch after a long day of surfing & site-seeing! 10/10 would recommend "
