Our experience at this facility was very positive. While the hotel and the facilities were a bit dated and need of a spruce up the amazing, friendly and attentive staff made up for this short fall.

For what we paid we can't fault the hotel. Great location, clean and comfortable. Our sink stopper didn't work and the staff came twice to fix it but couldn't. The hotel is dated and there were lots of dripping water inside the hotel with mould which is slightly concerning. The pool area and corridors need a huge upgrade and most likely some of the drainage too. I wouldn't stay again as its cheap and that unfortunately attracts people who are not as considerate and we endured 3 nights of people making noise in the corridors. This is not the hotels fault and was most likely bad luck, but i think you may get a better class of people if you pay more money. Food was good and cocktails good price

Don’t be deceived by the looks! The only good thing was the actual pool - unfortunately everything around it was poor quality. Let’s start with Housekeeping - it’s not unreasonable to expect 2x face towels and bath towels daily - especially when requested daily. Amenities- bathrooms are terrible with mould on silicone areas of shower, shower head doesn’t work, in our first room, it was actually pulled down. Mind you we had a “whirlpool” room! There was an exhaust fan that didn’t work, and in the first room we had, it was terribly loud. The jacuzzi, this made me throw up with the gunk that spewed from the nozzle. Gym - well this was probably the worst i have seen in any hotel ever! No items apart from the free weights actually worked. They were either rusted, or there was no power at all. Very sad! If i was to sum up, this hotel needs MAINTENANCE! There are aspects of the hotel that are unsafe! Management don’t seem to be interested, as one manager said, his focus is on revenue! That sums it all up!

So many things to say about this Hotel. The staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Thanks to Bagus, Beny, Dina, Oka and if I was to name everyone I’d be here all day. From the security that keep you safe, to the drivers of the cart, the lobby staff and spa staff. They take the time to learn your name and offer incredible service. Would highly recommend.

Great pool, but probably wouldn't book here again
Staff were great and the pool is amazing. Wifi speed was quite poor and frustratingly slow. Overall the room was fine but definitely needs a redo soon. Not much the hotel can do about this (except better sound proofing) but I was awoken on average 5 times a night by drunken guests both outside and inside yelling after coming back from partying. My 2nd floor room could hear almost everything that was happening in the lobby.

I had a wonderful safe n convenient stay at De Vin Sky with my girlfriend! The staff were extremely friendly n helpful every day, esp the dining staff…..Oka was a standout! The only criticism l have is of my fly ridden n dark room 106, and the unruly young Australian men that were allowed to drink excessively from 8am around n in the pool to the point of being sick insight of fellow guests! We’ll be back!

Great stay
Had a great 1 week stay at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and modern and the whole place is very clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff are amazing! Location is great too, right in the middle of Seminyak with all the best restaurants on your doorstep and a free shuttle service to the beach or Seminyak Square. That said the hotel is down a side street so also very quiet.

We have stayed many times at De Vin Skye, but we are usually quite happy there, but on this occassion was well under par. We were postioned near the below ground rooms that looked like a bomb site. During the morning upgrades of new were conducted whilst asleep. Reuqested some fly sprey for the mosqiutos, on 3 occassions and no one came or helped. On our leave from the hotel we requested our bags be put in the car servcie as we out during the day, paid for the service and the bags were left at the hotel. Shinning light was Okka , great service person.

The hotel looks lovely and the staff are really warm and friendly. They left us some lovely complimentary treats with it being our honeymoon. However, on own second evening we saw quite a big cockroach in our room. We called for hotel assistance and they did help, however the cockroach had hidden under a cabinet. We couldn’t change rooms as the hotel was booked up. We eventually fell asleep, however as there was no mosquito net, we felt uneasy about it. Another downside from that we didn’t get an apology or acknowledgment from the hotel staff which would have made up for it a little.

De Vins Sky was a great value for money place to stay in Seminyak. The staff are excellent and always such a pleasure to deal with. The pool area was a great place to hang out and watch the sunset. The breakfast was great each morning. The spot was perfect to walk in to Seminyak and to the beach which there is a shuttle bus for anyway if you didn’t want to walk. We had three rooms between us and had a great stay.

August 2024 This hotel is so beautiful. I had an amazing experience thanks to the staff, Specifically, and special thanks to: Widia reception Adi bartender Bila restaurant Benny Reception Radit Bell Boy The food was astounding with great combinations of local and foreign cuisines, 24 hour room service, the breakfast buffet is a must do every morning with their unlimited coffee until 10am. You couldn't fault the service either. Everything from the room service, to the cleaners and the bar staff. Needed an iron a couple of times, called the front desk and it was in my room within minutes. This place is the pinnacle of "service with a smile" I will return.
