"Beds were comfortable. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Breakfast was minimal. Did not even offer a piece of fruit. Coffee was made and then put in a carafe; we prefer the coffee machine that provides fresh coffee with every cup. Decaffeinated coffee was not available."

"The room I was provided looked nothing like the one in the photo. The carpet was dirty, there were roaches present, the room did not have a table similar to the one in the photo, the bathroom did not even have a roll of toilet paper. When I asked for extra towels, we were told none were available. Like the old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'."
