"Great communication with hosts, even though they were on holiday. Chalet was immaculate with fantastic attention to detail. Best kitted out sc accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. The scenery was breathtaking and we even made a best friend of Rosie, their cat ❤️ will definitely be back "

"The location of the property is a bit tricky to fund but its worth the drive as it's set up overlooking Loch Tay surrounded by sheep farm and mountains. The chalet had everything we needed for our 2 nights. Beds were very comfy! We enjoyed the long walk to the beach, very Scottish, very magical!"

"We had a great time in this lovely Cottage. We loved to watch birds and squirrels on our balcony. We enjoyed playing with the owner´s dog Ralph and canoeing on the loch. Portnellan is a great starting Point to reach almost every destination in the Highlands. Our tip for families ist to do the GoApe treetop challenge in Aberfoyle. Enjoy your stay, we did it."

"The situation of the lodge is stunning, with rowan trees around the property. The weather wasn't good during our stay, but we didn't have to move from the sofa to get spectacular views out of the windows! There was a selection of books to read, which I made use of. The beds were very comfortable & the heating system was easy to use, except for the fact that the heating controls in the bathrooms were at floor level. Our only other minor criticism was that the deck was a little slippery in wet...

"Lovely property for a family , with all home comforts. Great location as most towns are an hour drive away at most . We went in Feb so lots of snow, which the kids loved, however if you went in the summer there’s kayaking and fishing on the estate . Also a massive patio area with beautiful loch views"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, hot tub was great. Lack of resources to contact or text the property manager when we couldn’t get the front door to lock the first night or when the WiFi went down for nearly a day. No instructions on how to operate foreign appliances! The washer/dryer in the unit never got hot enough to dry my clothing so I ended up using the towel warmer. It took me over 9 hours to get two very small loads of laundry done."

"The property was in a lovely location and handy for local amenities! Very quiet and lovely to sit outside and listen to the bagpipes on a morning! The only down side was the drive down to the property and the potholes if they were filled in it would have been a much easier drive in and out. "
