"This was a very cute place and very secluded. We were there for a wedding so didn't have free time to venture around much. Advise you to get there in the daylight as it is very dark driving on the road to the house. We would definitely stay here again."

"This property is not for everyone. The main reason I say that is due to the layout. There are two very large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. The kingsize beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. "Everything was great except for the electric. It definitely needs an upgrade. You couldn't run both air conditioners at the same time for very long. Forget about using a blow dryer it trips the breaker. The dock was on deep water which was awesome, however it can use an upgrade too. Overall it was a good place to stay for a weekend but maybe a little over priced for what you get. "

"This cabin was perfect. No issue finding it even never being in the area before. The WiFi was strong enough it was able to support me having to take a proctored exam for school without dipping in service. They have everything you will need to be comfortable. The park is clean and quiet. Close to town for food cannot wait to come back! "

"What a wonderful place to disconnect with city life and enjoy the beauty of nature. The amenities were also a nice touch - fire pit, hot tub, outdoor grill, tons of outdoor seating and wi-fi (great for the teens in your life). A vast property to hike on and explore. The Brazos River was a relaxing excursion that you can hike to or drive to. They offer a lot of activities on the ranch if you want to be engaged that way, but we didn't do those. "The listing showed this as a basic place to stay and I understand that when I made the reservation. But I only needed overflow arrangements for sleeping and showering. The ladies staying there did not like the beds, kitchen sink or bathroom. They came over to my place to shower, and checked out of the room a day early. The location was good, and the grounds were pleasant."

"Home was cozy and had everything you could need. The views were beautiful and animals are friendly. The kids didn’t even miss their electronics! It was an amazing getaway for the family.
