"Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. It has wonderful pizza. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others. "

We stayed here the weekend of 2/21/25- 2/24/25. It was a little bit colder than usual so we switched from A/C to heat. Not only did the heat not work but the fire alarm went off and we smelled smoke.
