"Grotto Bay is great. It’s the only place in Bermuda where you can go cave swimming, and the resort is not too big, which gives it a personal, relaxed feel. The staff was great, all facilities and our guest room was clean, and the food is excellent. I will recommend this resort to friends and family."

"When we booked our Bermuda trip we did a lot of research into hotels, and coming to St Regis we had good expectations but in literally every respect our expectations were blown out of the water. From the moment we arrived to the time of leaving we have had a stay of a lifetime. It could not have been better, it was truly spectacular. The staff were wonderful, rooms absolutely first class and everything from poolside dining to the steak restaurant, the standard was exceptional. The hardest part is leaving but without doubt we will be back as soon as possible. "

"We had a wonderful time in Bermuda! The apartment was clean and the descriptions/photos provided in the listing were accurate.The Host: The host, Wayne, was kind and very attentive. He checked in on us periodically and was very prompt in answering our questions.The Property: The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. It is conveniently located - just a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport and a 15-minute walk to The Marketplace grocery store and two nearby bus stops. There is a beautiful pool, but we did not use it during our March stay. As others have mentioned, the host has dogs on the property, but we generally saw them during the day. They did not negatively impact our sleep or enjoyment of the property. The Apartment: There were just two of us, and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the two-bedroom apartment. There are three mini-splits for heating/cooling, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, and they worked well in keeping the apartment comfortable. The kitchen is small, but it was fine for grabbing a light breakfast or evening snack. Preparing a full meal might be challenging. Neither of the bathrooms is ensuite, and their locations are a bit awkward. Not a problem for two people or perhaps parents and children, but not an ideal situation for privacy for 4 adults. Also be aware that there are a couple steps to navigate to access the bedrooms.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider renting this apartment again in the future."

"If I could give 6 stars I would- this is a fantastic setting to enjoy a perfect Bermuda holiday! Right on the water with steps leading down to the most beautiful Bermuda blue waters (with kayaks for use at no extra charge) this was the perfect place for my wife and I to spend her 65th birthday week. Wonderful breezes, beautifully manicured landscaping, with palm trees swaying in the calming salt air, we can’t wait to go back! A nice bonus is that Wayne, the contact for the property, was highly responsive, accommodating, helpful and kind. Communication was excellent and the property was clean, functional and had a tremendous view from the patio. Highly recommend!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Pool House. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower strong and the outside space particularly nice. Although the kitchen area is small with basic facilities the new plug in cooking ring is a game changer for preparing simple meals. It was really appreciated. A couple of slightly larger saucepans and a bread knife would be great too!Both Chris and Gail were very friendly and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. They offered advice on restaurants and places to visit, (the aquarium and zoo in Flatts was fab!), and helped us out on a couple of occasions too. Bermuda is a beautiful place with friendly, warm and genuine people. It is very expensive - as we expected, but has much to offer. Stay at Chris and Gail's place. You'll gave a great time and won't be disappointed."
