"First visit to Bermuda and I will never stay anywhere else. The property is gorgeous. We ended up not going to other local tourist spots like horseshoe Bay and church Bay because the Reefs private beach is just as if not more beautiful AND they provide snorkeling equipment, paddle boards and kayaks. Every room looks onto the beach.The friendly staff set up all the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. AND they deliver food and beverages to your chair!The food is great; we were fortunate to experience both the beach BBQ and Sunday brunch. Excellent! Two unique restaurants-Coconuts is an open air restaurant and Solaris is a little more sophisticated. The outdoor terrace was just opening when we were leaving and that looks like it will be amazing. There are bus stops in front of the property, and the front desk helped us with getting bus passes and telling us how to use the bus system so we were able to explore the entire island using the bus system and the ferries. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. Oh and there’s a spa! Couldn’t get in; next time I’ll book ahead. One thing to be aware of is gift shop only had clothing and souvenirs; front desk did provide a few toiletries, but no snacks or drinks (we discovered a soda machine on last day). There is an ample fridge so you could go to a local mart if desired. One minor issue-getting a drink at the Coconuts bar was difficult even when the only ones there and asked. Friends had same issue. Can’t wait to go back! "

"The staff and service are friendly and top notch. The courtyard gardens are beautiful with plenty of quiet spaces to sit and relax among the flowers, trees, butterflies and birds."

"We just returned from 5 days at Coco Reef and loved our stay. The check in was easy and our roomwas exceptionally clean with a great ocean view. The rooms are simple but bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed, including a nice size fridge, coffee maker with pods, and anti-steam mirror. The shower water pressure was great and the toiletries seemed high quality. One small issue was the glass door in the shower is a half door and there was significant water spray. The staff were great-special shout out to Gregory from the restaurant and Kia (?) from the front desk who were so helpful and patient with us, answering all our questions. There are still renovations happening at the resort. We didn't use the pool but did spend some time at the beach. There was a lot of sargassum when we were there so we walked down a bit further on the beach where it wasn't as heavy. We would definitely return. "
