"This is a small, quiet and convenient hotel for exploring Hue. It is almost on the doorstep of the Ancient Citadel. There are plenty of mini-marts and cafes nearby. Hotel facilities are simple, but well maintained. Rooms have good beds, plenty of hot water, good aircon, plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast choices are limited, but there is plenty of it & everything is freshly made. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."

Kieu Oanh helped us with arranging train tickets to Da Nang and getting transportation to the train station. She went above and beyond. "Every staff member showed genuine care and concern for their guests. Incredible hospitality all around. Each time we returned from being out and about, it felt like we were coming home. There is construction happening in front of the property and it is truly a shame, but the staff and amenities more than made up for this. Food was also excellent. Would recommend this place 100 times over to anyone visiting Hue. Spa services were also amazing. Thank you Nhi and Nao for your excellent care!"

"I had a room on the 20th floor with a great view over the old city and Perfume River. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good with egg station and great selection of food. Nice coffee shop in foyer selling coffee and cakes. I ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was good only downside was there is a smoking area on a mezzanine level and the smell was strong. Location is good, next to hotel is shopping malk with some restaurants. "
