"Beautiful property"

"A great experience. Max from the front desk called before we arrived to let us know everything would be ready when we arrived. Check in was painless, and my boy was able to get some swimming in. Pool area and guest laundry were sparkling and washing machine and dryer worked. This hotel actually has a security guard who drives and walks the parking lot which made the wife and I feel safe, since we are smokers and would be outside in the parking lot. Security did this every hour and we felt better about our vehicles security. In the morning bacon and eggs were great as well as the coffee and juice. Checkout was a piece of cake and got excellent service from JT and Avy. I will admit that I was skeptical about this stay, being that I have always used Embassy Suites, but I admit that after the excellent service and welcoming nature of Max, JT, and Avy and the great job of housekeeping and the breakfast prep crew we have just found our “Go To” hotel for our stays in Albuquerque New Mexico. Last thing, I was absolutely impressed and astonished at the cleanliness of the hotel but mainly our room. From roof to floor, even the mini fridge was spotless as well as the microwave. Seriously I don’t give reviews but again, very impressed and satisfied with Comfort Suites. Like I said bye bye embassy suites, comfort suites is our new home away from home. "Love love this Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel...we give it 5 stars. Very clean rooms, big with living room and dining area besides the bedroom. So yummy breakfast and full to the stomachs. And to top it all, a happy hour with free margaritas or wine of your choice. What else can you ask for!"

"Free breakfast would be nice. Instead breakfast options were confusing and limited. Tuesday the buffet had roughly eight items and cost $16. bacon, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, granola, fruit. I'm hoping there were two other items as well."

"Enjoyed our stay there…the only thing was the sofa bed was damaged and it had not been cleaned under the couch probably for some time. There was trash still under the sofa. Other than that, everything was ok..I was surprised on the late check out which was very convenient. Thank you, Tavia"
