"Close to the train station which means less dragging bags over bridges, but a longer walk to San Marco. Decent food in the area and easy access to the water bus. They were super helpful when we had to stay for two extra night. Room was cold so do bring layers. "

"The room provided plenty of space to move around and was very comfortable. We even had a balcony. The location was walking distance to all major attractions. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We had continental breakfast delivered every morning and it was included. "Loved the location of the property. Restaurants, shopping and attractions are within a 10 min walk or less. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. If you have motility issues this stay wouldn’t be for you as it does require multiple stairs, but I really think it’s worth the few flight of stairs "

"Love the place , really jn the centre of venice , near the canal & all . Room is cute & cozy , the only thing we didnt like was - there was no lift , and our room was in the 3rd floor ; quite hard to walk up after a long day . We’re on for 1Night only , so it’s fine . "
