The only thing that may be issues for some families is that all the bedrooms are upstairs. Hauling suitcases up may be problematic for some? And the garage was JUST deep enough for a mini van. "Great location just a short walk to Richardson’s Beach Park for amazing snorkeling!Good space for a big group.We were here over the long weekend & the stunt driving, tire burnouts & loud music were not conducive to a pleasant few days.We saw dolphins & whales from the lanai & enjoyed the songs of the little birds.Overall we enjoyed our stay & would recommend this space for a large group.We were 6 adults & 2 children & the space worked well.Richard was very responsive when we had any questions."

Being set far back from the road by the huge lawn and trees, it is so quiet! (Aside from the chickens and frogs). Lisa, the onsite manager is readily available and friendly. Not far from Volcanoes National Park."
