Was spacious and clean, lovely shower, loads of hot water although shower tray was quite shallow so water spilt out onto rest of bathroom floor & bath mat got very wet. Comfortable bed. Only two channels available on smart tv and no wi-fi, so couldn’t connect to Netflix or Amazon but I know they’re still finishing the cabins, so I guess this will be added in due course. "Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"Love this Inn - charming & luxurious but unfortunately has some downsides which they probably can’t fix due to the age of the building & regulations. Absolutely stunning room, the best bed I’ve ever slept in was simply amazing! Water pressure in the shower along with lack of hot water was disappointing to say the least even when used at random times. Windows are only able to open 3” which is probably some random health & safety law but again disappointing to have an amazing view spoiled....

"Just an overnight stay between the train and the morning ferry but I’m glad I did. Very friendly and personal, early breakfast when they didn’t have to. And very good breakfast, set me up for the rough crossing. (Don’t go on an empty stomach) Quiet, comfortable bed, good shower, clean, couldn’t ask for more. 15 minutes walk to ferry, 5 from station. I hope places like this continue, it will be a sad world when we only have a premier inn as an option."
