"I usually drive through Hermiston, so I can’t compare this hotel to others. The service was friendly and welcoming. They gave us each a free drink ticket, always a nice perk after a long drive. "Friendly staff"

"One night stay; Saturday. Close to Casino. Friendly staff. Shuttle to and from casino anytime. Hallway a little gloomy. Sheets are clean and bed is comfortable. Rooms smell fresh, but not the hallway. Needs bathroom upgrade. Chipped paint, air vent loud in bathroom. Super quiet, next to highway. Had fridge and ac. Slept like a happy baby!"

"The staff and property are well worth the price but the area doesn’t feel safe. There is a bus stop across the street where homeless people sit and watch you as you check in. They approached me for money and/or something to drink. It’s not a good feeling to be watched as you prepare to leave your car unattended for the night. "
