I have stayed here many times. Never had an issue until last night when I showed up and they had over booked the hotel. Luckily the front desk man was amazing and was able to get a room that was checked out early and cleaned, got it ready for me. I just have never had a hotel overbook when I had paid already. Overall was crappy situation BUT the front desk (night shift worker) was fantastic.

It’s basic and clean for a place to sleep. The amenities are very limited. They do not have a laundry area or place to purchase snacks or toiletries. Staff was friendly. Overall outdated but for the price it was decent.

The front desk staff and food service person is always friendly, and courteous. The breakfasts are always fresh and delicious, and the coffee is really good. I have stayed at other hotels, but got to tell you the Red Lions breakfasts are the best. Rooms are always nice and clean. You can tell I have stayed there more than once. I will always book my hotel reservation at this Red Lion location when I am in the area. Keep up the good work!.

There was someone knocking on my door in the middle of the night and when I check out 4am in the morning, there was a homeless person sleeping on the hallway floor. I really felt unsafe.

It is a fairly pleasant place to stay and the rates are great. Location is why we choose to stay at the Red Lion it's next to a mall, plenty of restaurants all in a short walking distance. The staff is great, especially the gentleman at the front desk.

Strange men at the rear of property when I was coming out of hotel as well as back in around 11 at night. When checking out I was told I had a balance on my account. I said no, I already paid through Expedia. The lady refused to accept what I had just told her and proceeded to tell me I booked through some other sight and I hadn’t paid for my room. So I opened my bank app and started reaching for my payment. She again said that it was booked through some other sight that hadn’t pulled the funds and that the balance due was 80 some dollars. Which make any since considering I had a suite for two nights. Much more than 80 some dollars. She clearly wasn’t going to believe me. When I finally asked for a manager she looked back at the computer and realized she had pulled up the wrong guests room. She apologized, yet just the embarrassment with a guest behind me waiting to check out, and the frustration I had because I couldn’t find the receipt of payment feet enough to prove what I was saying was true. Maybe she should have looked again when I first said that I had already paid. Instead of not believing me.
