"Minimalist for sure, this apt worked for a baseball trip weekend for two. Expect empty cupboards, sparse furniture, nearly no decorations, but it's exactly as described in the listing. Used our own air mattress. Pans and utensils to cook breakfast and simple meals. While I'd consider staying here again, but it'd be as a backup plan. It worked. But I decorated a college apartment better than this - wouldn't take a lot to make it more inviting. "

"We stayed with our 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) for a weekend trip to Indianapolis. The accommodations worked well for what we needed. I liked that the property was on the first level and on the back side of the unit, making it feel a little more private in a big apartment complex. The unit can be used to rent out individual rooms so the two room inside locked from the outside which was a little bit of a pain when we had to punch in the code each time the inner doors shut. Especially when our kids were...

"Very inviting. Owners were very helpful with whatever I needed. Loved that it was in a gated community. Neighborhood is in a place you’d never look, but well placed for traveling. Would love to come back!"

"The apartment met all of our needs. It’s in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s in a highly secured building and is a beautiful and clean apartment that had everything we needed for the week. I would suggest a foam topper to make the front room bed softer. Otherwise everything else was perfect!"

"We rentend 2 apartments. Both were nicely furnished, very clean, and comfortable. Location is excellent with nearby access to the Monon Trail, restaurants, and shopping. Easy commute to downtown Indy and the airport."
