"I booked a basement of a house with separate entrance. On the day of my reservation I was told someone booked the whole house so I could not Use the basement. She gave me an “upgrade” the house where I stayed was nicer than what I booked however it was 20 minutes farther from where I wanted to be and I was sharing the house with other guests. This is the same story to all staying at the house."

"Overall, everything was great! In the beginning our code did not work to get into the building, but that was resolved once I communicated with someone! The cleanliness was good, the only issue was that when we walked in it did have a pretty strong smell of marijuana, that did feel like it stayed during our whole stay. Other than that, it was a great stay!"

I liked that the property was on the first level and on the back side of the unit, making it feel a little more private in a big apartment complex. The unit can be used to rent out individual rooms so the two room inside locked from the outside which was a little bit of a pain when we had to punch in the code each time the inner doors shut. "Check-In! was pretty easy, apartment was great and well maintained, pool was amazing and it was a relaxing stay. The location was great and so much to do. Only odd part was the trash storage in the hallway. Other than that, amazing price and worth every penny."
