"the place it self its in a perfect location very central and close to the airport (one metro stop) 5 min walk to M station lots of restaurants shops near by i cant fault its location at all the staff on arrival very kind and helpful swift and fast check in but...the rooms were not the cleanest especially the bathroom needs urgent attention shower was not working properly dirty around the edges towels wer not very nice neither staff are really kind tho asked for water and straight away had it...

"Overall it was nice but we suffered with room services, continuously we were asking for water to drink and for cleaning room, even they came they were cleaning it untidy. Regarding the stuff, they were very nice and helpful Finally i faced a problem with booking if hotels.com didn’t help me to solve it I would lost my money for one night. Thank you "
