"I do NOT recommend staying at this property. It's false advertising. The house says it's 4 bedrooms but there's actually only 3 bedrooms and the other 1 is in the hallway. She doesn't share all the photos of the place. She says the house is under construction but it's actually old and falling part, decomposing. The electricity around the house is scary and mostly not working, the deck is unsafe and about to break down, so many things were broken - the fridge door completely fell into my arms (they didn't even have the curtesy to let us know, outside furniture was completely broken as well, the fridge was full of their stuff - old fruits etc. Barely room for our stuff anywhere. Really dirty old carpets - in the master bedroom there's a big wet stain that just didn't dry up or went away - likely mold. This place shouldn't be allowed to be listed on VRBO!!! I've red flagged this property because I don't think anyone should experience what we've experienced! the fact that the host doesn't even own up to her false advertising and broken home is shocking. This is not just coming from me and my family but 2 other families who felt exactly the same. I've shared photos to friends, no one has ever been in a situation like this. I've stayed in so many homes, apt etc around the world and I've never had such a bad experience like this one. I'm also really shocked how VRBO offered nothing to compensate. I had to fight for many weeks just to at least get the cleaning fees back!!! never agai"

"My husband and I spent a week at this cabin along with our twenty-something sons and their partners, and all we had a great time. I don't think the photos do justice to the cabin, as it was larger than we expected, roomy enough for 11 people to sleep, so we may bring other family members the next time we visit. We loved that we were able to sit on the deck under the trees and read or play board games. The kids often went to the swimming cove, which is around a ten-minute walk away, and we all explored the nearby trails. I was able to walk the loop around the upper penisula every morning, and the views were amazing. A highlight of our trip was Baker Beach, which is a large, sandy beach only a 5-minute drive away from the cabin. Although we're accustomed to taking our recycling with us when we stay at VRBO properties on the Sunshine Coast, disposing of our own garbage was a bit trickier, as we didn't initially realize we'd need to separate the compostable items. Still, we had a wonderful stay overall and would highly recommend this hidden gem in the forest. "

"Comfortable, well-stocked cabin for four, with beautiful views. It was close to the Madeira Park Marina where many of our activities were centered. Two of our family members have allergies, and we had to air out the cabin and do some cleaning when we got there. It was very dusty in the bedrooms. Shades or blinds on the bedroom windows would have been appreciated. "
