"Liked owner and family. Their pride and joy, well-earned and much deserved. Our requests(for dishes and cutlery to eat some leftovers) were accommodated elegantly. Breakfast is top-notch: both tasty and in exceptional taste. Sole negative is that it's too far from Vancouver for sightseeing (we had no car). We did enjoy visiting Steveston and the cannery, but one day and two nights was our stay and would anyway have been the limit absent a car."

"We had an amazing visit at the Fairmont Vancouver airport. Everything was 100% The only thing I didn’t like was the Rose toiletries but that is a personal preference. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in in a hotel. I want one of your pillows!!"

"Convenient and clean were good points, phone unable to connect from inside, had to open outer door! Heat exchangers were noisy. Shower curtain was situated so that water ran onto the floor rather than stay in the basin! Towels were not exchanged but fortunately we were able to obtain fresh from the afternoon shift hostess who was pleasant and helpful. All in all, it was OK. "

"We found a Royalty place for us We never had been invited to a place so it was our best experience ever Royal suite is what I suggest you to book They have low cost room but it is not royal feeling in to it just ask them you want Suite in top floor to see what I mean "

The doors shutting of other guests are so loud in the early ams and housekeeping starts way too early! Also, adding a hot tub would be a good thing. "

"Overall, this hotel was fantastic. We were there for an event at the Richmond Olympic Oval, so this was super close and convenient. We had a suite, which allowed us to comfortably fit 4 kids and 2 adults. The hotel and rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed (we loved the shampoo/conditioner!), the restaurant was good, we loved the outdoor pool, and parking was safe and easy. "We stayed at the hotel part across the street, the sky bridge is very comfortable, the view was still great we could easily see the mountains on clear days and the river too, from the 10th floor. The room was clean amd comfortable, very comfortable beds. All staff were very kind and helpful. The pool was fun for the kids with that slide, the water isn't very warm but definitely swimmable, and the hot tub is great to warm up before and after. It's great the pool isnopen till 10 pm so we could still enjoy it after a day of fun outside. The best thing about this was how comfortable it is to have the train station right beside it, we were able to get everywhere so easily! And you can walk to a few nice restaurants around and some asian grocery stores as well. Overall we're very happy with our stay there and recommend it."

"Location in Steveston, close and convenient to downtown Richmond, yet in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood away from the busy downtown area. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and sunsets are beautiful. The suite is always well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful and responsive. "
