"Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."

"The staff at The Oak are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us really welcome and they are really dog-friendly (they don’t just say they are!). It was an absolute joy staying here. Coffee bags and tea avaliable (biscuits would've been nice). Breakfast was excellent and made to order. Sharing the table with other guests could take some getting use to though, but i am an introvert. I look forward to staying again. "

Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!! "
