The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. "If you're under the age of 40 stay somewhere down the road in the main town of Gytheio!! My boyfriend and I (age 30 and 29) felt way too young and energetic for this sleepy hotel. Upon arrival, there were two stains on the outdated, cheap hotel which is not up to standard for a hotel listed as 4 stars. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. They used our balcony as a storage unit for towels and sheets which we found rude. Although we booked the cheapest room, this is not acceptable. Misleading...

"This hotel is a wonderful retreat. It’s very relaxing with beautiful scenery. Close enough to go explore or just hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. The pools are beautiful, the gardens are wonderful. The landscaping is fabulous. We had dinner in the restaurant one night. It was amazing. But nothing compares to the breakfast each morning. I’ve never seen anything like it. The food was absolutely scrumptious. This is a wonderful hotel that I would definitely stay in again."

"Bien situé au centre historique de la vieille ville. Cependant, vous ne pouvez pas vous rendre à l'hôtel avec votre voiture, c'est important de le savoir, Grand stationnement à proximité, mais il y a beaucoup de voitures, pas si facile de trouver un stationnement et nous étions au mois de novembre, dans la saison basse. Le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas et une lumière n'allumait pas. Nous avons demandé que ce soit corrigé, rien n'a été fait. Je crois quand même que c'est une bonne adresse...
