"We absolutely loved our stay in Nafplio at the Castellanos. What a wonderful town! The staff were exceptionally wonderfully and helpful. The place was clean, great views from all the rooms. The breakfast was wonderful, they even did room service for us one morning! Family of 5 all agreed this was a favorite. We would book this again. "

"Quiet, clean and very comfortable. The overall stay was great! Parking is definitely an issue in the area and can be confusing as the hotel is on pedestrian only roads. We recommend just parking at the port and walking to the hotel (~400m). This is a boutique hotel, so rooms are small, but not an issue if like us, you are just needing a room to sleep while you adventure. Breakfast is included (place your order the night before) and the portiond are massive (no complaints with that!)"

"Excellent property & great location! Reception staff appeared to have too much to do, maybe have more than 1 staff on duty at busy times. "Bien situé au centre historique de la vieille ville. Cependant, vous ne pouvez pas vous rendre à l'hôtel avec votre voiture, c'est important de le savoir, Grand stationnement à proximité, mais il y a beaucoup de voitures, pas si facile de trouver un stationnement et nous étions au mois de novembre, dans la saison basse. Le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas et une lumière n'allumait pas. Nous avons demandé que ce soit corrigé, rien n'a été fait. Je crois quand même que c'est une bonne adresse...

"Location is amazing - you can see the fortress from the windows, and it's a nice quiet part of the old town. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and to the sites in the old town. Nikos is very nice and responsive - he is the best part of the stay. Only stairs - no elevator, and could be a little cleaner. The hotel itself is a little older and in need of some renovations, but is fine for a night or two for the price. "
