"We have had the pleasure if staying in two different properties owned by Andrea in Pella Iowa. Both times we have been impressed by the hosts responsiveness and kindness even before our arrival. This charming Modern and cozy retreat is exactly that! The kitchen has everything you need. The coffee bar is a wonderful source of enjoyment. Though this cottage is small, it is so perfectly designed that updated that it feels bigger than it is. The location is perfect, we enjoyed walks around central college across the street. We spent days enjoying the Tulips in the square. The open views were beautiful for watching the sun and clouds move through the sky and fields. Thank you Andrea for a second wonderful experience. "

"Location is everything--so easily walkable to downtown (2 blocks)! We came a week before the Tulip Festival and had wonderful weather, saw beautiful tulips and had lovely pastries. Host left us pastries and drinks which was a nice touch. The house had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Clean, well stocked, it was just as the photos represented. The ramp outside was a winner as we traveled with a senior that sometimes uses a wheelchair. Host was very responsive both before we arrived and at check in when we had a minor glitch. Would definitely recommend and would stay here if we visit the picturesque town of Pella again."
