Trash wasn't emptied beds weren't made up. Holes in bathroom wall had tp stuffed in it, a board was stapled on both sides of the bathroom door. No meat or bread to go with eggs. The guy who checked us in was friendly (he was outside smoking when we arrived). Most of the time no one was at the front desk.

Friendly - accommodating- step above the rest
Held our room after we were delayed 4 hours getting there at 130 am. Even had keys ready and said they were waiting for us to arrive. Very friendly. Opposite of the experience in June with a different hotel. Room was clean - quiet area. Close to food and the track. Will not stay anywhere else when coming back to Newton for the races twice a year! Great Midwest hospitality!
