"Our entire stay at the Lands End Villa was perfect. Our Hosts Mike and Vale did an excellent job with transportation, shopping and responding. The house was gorgeous with unbelievable views. Watching the sunrise in the morning, watching the whales all day and the sunset at night. It was perfect. Our Chefs Pepe and Franky could not have been better. Everything from Mexican dinners, to pasta and steak sandwiches. It was all delicious. Our group loved having sit down dinners and no clean up. Finally, the entire house was beautiful and clean throughout thanks to our cleaning ladies. I would highly recommend staying here with all the services provided. Thank you. "

"I got this for my youngest son and his new bride for their honeymoon. They had a fantastic time. They loved the villa. We have all been there many times in the past, the first time in this particular villa. But they were Extremely happy with it and the host. Great time they said."

"Our group consisted of those 45-55 years old, and given that 5 of the bedrooms were suites with private baths, it suited us very well. The 'common' space upstairs was perfect for our group of 10, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool was a bit cold initially but the house manager bumped up the temperature (it's gas heated), and from then on it, it was perfect. The dual refrigerator was priceless, allowing all our drinks to go into the pull out, and food in the upright. The ice maker was also a great addition. We were all very happy with the comfort of the beds, sheets and towels as well. Not much time was spent watching tv, but we were impressed by the sizes of the tv's as well, for those that did watch some sports.Our trip consisted of two chef and cocktail nights at the house, which was amazing, and I highly recommend if you are staying for any decent duration (we were a week). The location was also perfect for trips downtown, the marina (whale watching, booze, snorkling tour), or even to restaurants like Sunset Monalisa. With Uber easily accessible down here, we often were back and forth. Oh, and pickleball is close!Our only feedback for improvement would be to update the wifi, especially on the main, common floor area. You for instance can't get any reception in the master bedroom, and even in the common area, or patio you would only get one bar (making streaming music a challenge).Note on the kids bunks, one bunk is toddler size. "

"The photos of the property show exactly what you get!The Staff: Our Butler, Arturo, really excelled in every possible way to anticipate our needs and provide a level of service we all have never experienced. He is a jewel for the property, truly knows everything about how to give incredible customer service. Our concierge, Gustavo, worked hard in advance of our trip to create our itinerary for all the things we wanted to do. The chefs, Paul and Laura, that we had for 4 in Villa dinners was absolutely fantastic! It was hard for us all to pick our favorite night of dinners by them, all were so fabulous! Our maid, Rocio, kept the house so clean and tidy which was also a very nice touch. Villa: 5 stars! Serene. Relaxation. The sunrises and off the charts sunsets were the best ever! We enjoyed one sunset by the firepit, we should have done more there! Sitting in the hottub overlooking the cliff watching all the whales breach was a highlight for our whole group. Also, saw dolphins! Being able to heat the pool was nice too, it was a perfect temp, and having umbrellas and many different seating areas around the pool area was great for those who wanted sun and those who did not. Cannot say enough good things. Only suggestion: Provide body lotion (this is all we could come up with)Our concierge arranged transportation for our group of 9 so we did not need a car, and that is the way to go! Cabo has lovely people, so welcoming and friendly! We will return!!"

"First off, the house itself was stunning. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxing. The rain showers in the bathrooms were like a spa experience every time we used them – such a great touch! The entire space was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, making it ideal for our group.What really made our stay special, though, was the exceptional staff. Alan and Alejandro, the house managers, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly accommodating, helping us with anything from arranging transportation to recommending local spots. Their attention to detail made us feel like we were in the best hands the entire time.Whether it was lounging by the pool, having dinner prepared for us, or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings, this house was the perfect setting for a bachelorette weekend to remember. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious, hassle-free stay in Cabo. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!"
