New Years Getaway
We come down a couple times a month and typically stay in San Jose. This condo had everything we needed. It was immaculate, well furnished, and had a well stocked kitchen (we like to cook). The views of the bay are amazing and we were able to see the fireworks perfectly for New Years Eve. Cascadas is a very quiet complex in El Pedegral, and away from the hustle and bustle of town. You could still hear music at night with door open, but it was very distant. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

Condo was extremely well equipped and very clean. The view from the condo did not disappoint which made the NYE fireworks amazing from our patio. We had a great time at the condo. The place was beautiful. You couldn’t ask for a better equipped kitchen. Lovely opening the wall of glass and sitting on the balcony with those magnificent views, day and night. Great shower, terrific having the washer dryer in the condo. You can see that care was taken in making sure you had what you needed, from paper towels to dryer sheets. Pool and hot tub were so relaxing. We had a marvelous time! Thanks.

Pretty and peaceful
We spent 10 days at Pedregal and had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. The condo was extremely well appointed and laid out, with lovely views of the harbour and city below. It was peaceful and removed from the noise, but close enough to town and the beach that we could easily walk. The property manager, Elihu, was most helpful in getting us set up with groceries in advance of our arrival.

The condo is very well appointed, lovely views and the pool was very nice. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. The walk into town is an easy 15 minutes just be prepared for the hike back up. There are a lot of great places to eat in the area. Security was always helpful and had a presence , we felt very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place.

An Amazing Stay
We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this beautiful place. Janine and Darrell have created the perfect vacation spot. Their place is well-appointed, the beds are extremely comfortable, the view is spectacular, and the place is beautifully furnished. The owners were great to work with and provided us with excellent suggestions of places to dine and visit. We rented a car but soon realized everything is conveniently located with just a 10-minute walk down the hill. Roberto, the property manager, was welcoming, helpful, and checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. I booked this condo as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday. It was a great choice. The condo itself had more than enough room for the two of us. It was spotless and modern and fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved the pools and hot tubs - the big pool is especially beautiful with an amazing view. The location of the condo is great too. Just far enough from downtown that it is quiet and private but still within walking distance. We felt safe the entire time as there is a security gate and the guards are very thorough when letting people in. The property manager was responsive during our entire stay. I will definitely stay here again when we return!

Was very impressed with the condominium. When we arrived and opened the door , we were very happy. The condo was spotless and was decorated beautifully. You can tell that the owners have thoughtfully picked out the furnishings with some very nice pieces . Bed was very comfortable. The view was incredible. Located at the top of Pedregal overlooking all of Cabo so away from the crowds but only a 15 minute walk to town all the amenities.

The condo exceeded our expectations! We basically have stayed all over the world in different VRBO rentals and this was by far the best. We really appreciated that there was toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc. We’ve stayed at other places where we’ve had a purchase all that and it can kind of be a pain. We spent our mornings by the pool which we mostly had all to ourselves and then we drove over to the beach in the evenings to watch the sunset. The condo was super quiet, which we prefer. We were very impressed by how high end this condo really was. The beds were really comfortable, the bathmats were soft and cozy, the towels were great and there were plenty of items like beach chairs and cooking utensils that made us feel right at home! Couldn’t beat the view anywhere! We ventured out quite a bit but we also ordered delivery food from a service called Cabo eats which was great on those evenings where we just wanted to be lazy and lay around the nice condo and watch Netflix. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a relaxed vacation!
