"The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pool area was very slippery, felt unsafe every time we stepped out of the pool. Not very convenient for families with babies. No child pool, and the kids club is very small leaving the kids bored. There wasn’t a lot near the hotel you have to take a taxi to the town , 20 min drive usually 400 baht a direction , so 800 both ways. The breakfast was nice addition. "Larger than expected with mostly families. Zillions of children and breakfast mayhem. This is a lovely hotel but maybe not ideal in high season unless you’ve got small children. "We loved our stay at ThaiLife so much. It's an incredibly beautiful property, exactly the kind I was looking for to get away from the crowds. "Nice size hotel but on a very narrow plot. The beds on the beach were about six rows deep and the ones around the pool were four deep. The sun beds were good but the umbrellas were too small to supply enough shade and you couldn’t move them. Breakfast was good although coffee from the machines was average. Lots of variety and choice in each section. Staff were lovely. We had booked a deluxe room and were very grateful as they are on the ground floor and open directly on to the gardens. They have enough outdoor space for two sun beds, an umbrella and a table and two chairs. We spent most days sitting here as it was lovely and peaceful. The room was large, freshly decorated, with a good size bathroom and excellent shower. Towels were new and fluffy. the king sized bed was at least Emperor sized as it was two queens together so 10’ wide! Hilarious . Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room often not being cleaned until mid afternoon and one day not at all until chased. The gym was really not up to scratch. Small with very old machines and the exchangeable hand holds were missing so we couldn’t use most of them. The mats were dirty and ripped. Very disappointing as everything else was great."

"Stayed only 2 nights but wish it had been longer. 2 adults and 2 kids, had a family suite, very nice and spacious room, felt luxurious. Room was very close to the pool so for us we were actually clad not spending extra on a pool access room. All staff very friendly and service minded. Hotel was not fully occupied so was possible to find sun beds even after 7.30am. Though many reserve sun beds hours before they use them (which is super annoying!!), but some pool staff actually removed towels off some beds. Very kids friendly. Amazing playroom and nice kids pool with water slide. Kids loved it. Nice and clean beach! (Visited a beach just south of this one and was much more rocks there, here only nice sand). Great breakfast (but busy). Had dinner only one evening at the beach bar, not that impressed as it was quite expensive. Limited restaurants and stores around the hotel area so not much other options, but good quality still (and much cheaper than the hotel itself). All in all a great stay and would come back again!"

"The resort has a really nice blend of garden and ocean themes with a twist of Thai culture in modern setting. Really good breakfast, spa, facilities, beach and drinks. The restaurants on site are beautiful, and you have the option to visit other restaurants by its private beach."
